Wednesday is St. Patrick's Day, so today we're already making a treat. Without the help of the little monsters this time. Melting three colours of chocolate is a tedious job, because you first have to wait a little bit before you pour the new colour on top.
After the last time, the mini's get to scatter sprinkles, which they always enjoy. And then we have to wait again until the chocolate is completely set. But it's not St. Patrick's Day yet, so the wait lasts another 2 days ;)) Luckily, the little monsters are out at 12:30 on Wednesday!
Here's how to make 3 colours of chocolate
No recipe today, it's only melting and pouring!
Line the baking tin with baking paper.
Chop the dark coloured chocolade in pieces.
Melt the chocolate au bain marie and then stir it.
Remove the melted chocolate from the heat.
Pour the chocolate into the tin.
Tilt the tin to cover the bottom.
Allow the chocolate to set just a little bot.
First melt the milk chocolate and then the white chocolate in the same way
Pour the milk chocolate on top of the dark.
Let the chocolate set a little again.
The white chocolate pours more difficult.
It melts not as fluid as the two other types.
If you want a perfectly smooth top then you pour the white chocolate in the middle
Allow the chocolate to set a bit
Place M&M shamrocks on top. :))
Scatter sprinkles on top.
Let the chocolate set overnight.
Lift the chocolate on the baking paper from the mold
Chop the 3 colours of chocolate into bite-sized pieces.
Store the chocolate covered in the refrigerator until March 17
Have fun on St. Patrick's Day!
