You can bake your own biscuits. With our basic recipes shortbread or vanilla cookies are quickly made and very tasty. But if you are pressed for time - but still want to make a fun Birthday treat with the kids - you can use digestives biscuits.
Roll out white fondant icing and cut out circles.
Paste the circles on the digestives with a drop of water.
Stick out coloured fondant circles, cut them in half.
Paste the halves onto the fondant circles.
If you use different colours for the snowmen hats it looks more cheerful.
Cut strips of fondant icing and stick it on the hats. Press in lines with a toothpick.
Give the snowmen eyes, a nose and decorate the hats creatively.
They're easily made & taste so sweet, these cute winter cookies!
