1 bar Tony's chocolonely (180g)
Glaze
50g icing sugar
3 drops of lemon juice
1 drop red food colouring
1 - 2 tablespoons water
These Valentine hearts are especially made for a dear Daddy but you can make them for anyone you love. Wrap the hearts with a pretty bow and you have a lovely personal present.
How to make chocolate hearts
Melt the chocolate on a pan with hot water.
Grease the molds using butter or baking spray.
Pour the chocolate carefully into the moulds.
While the chocolate is placed in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours to set we start 5 minutes before time to make the icing.
Place sugar, food colouring and 3 drops of lemon juice in a little bowl. Stir tiny trickles of water into the glaze until it is thick and shiny.
Tap the hearts from mold and decorate them with icing.
