What do you need?
a simple picture frame
piece of cardboard
glitter
piece of white fleece fabric
small white pompoms
pink or blue ribbon
snippets of felt, black and orange
piece of pink or blue felt
glue
snowflake punch
Put a cute picture in the picture frame and make it a present to a baby boy or girl.
Cut out winter shapes & glue them onto the picture frame.
Trace 1/4 of a plate on a piece of cardboard then cut it out.
Spread some glue thinly on the quarter of the cardboard cirkel.
Sprinkle glitter on the glue then let the glue dry completely.
Tap the excess of glitter off on a paper sheet.
Glue the cardboard in the left bottom corner.
Trace two cirkels on a piece white cardboard.*
*Trace two round objects (like the glue bottle or small glasses) to draw two perfect cirkels on white cardboard. The diameter must differ, one small and one slightly bigger. The two cirkels will be the head and body of the snowman.
Cut both circles out of the cardboard.
Stick the cirkels on the fleece.
Cut the circles out again.
Cut eyes and a nose out of felt.
For girls we fold a bow for the snowgirls hat by folding a small piece of ribbon in half and squeeze it together in the middle. Sew the bow together with a few tiny stitches.
Cut out of pink fabric half a circle, the hat.
Cut a scarf from felt and cut a fringe on both ends.
Glue all the loose parts on the cardboard quarter circle.
Now the picture frame for a girl is ready.
Glue the loose parts on each other for a boy.
Stick the quarter circle on the picture frame and let it dry.
Now the picture frame for a boy is ready too.
