Icing
60g icing sugar
1 small free range egg white (or 1/2)
few drops lemon juice
drops of food colouring
various sprinkles
These tiny sweet biscuits for Valentine's Day are quickly made. The kids adore them, the tiny hearts disappear from under our hands. Today we have a doll and bear tea party for Valentine already!
How to make tiny Valentine hearts
The mini-hearts are dolls size, bake for 6-8 minutes.
Stir the ingredients together into a thick, shiny icing.
Spread some icing on the hearts with a butter knife.
Sieve powdered sugar only on to part of the biscuits.
Decorate the still wet icing with some sprinkles.
