At Cook & Co we saw this silicone tray of Hello Kitty and we could not walk resist it. Madelief & Eefje both love Kitty. We bought it immediately and we do not regret it!
Here is how to make chocolate Hello Kitty heads
Melt 200g white chocolate au bain marie.
Pour it into the tray, 200g is exactly right.
Tap the tray to prevent airbubbles.
Smoothen the chocolate and let it cool.
Press the chocolate out of the tray.
Melt some white chocolate, stir in a drop food colour.
Use ready made icing to colour the eyes green.
Paint the bows, preferably pink, red or yellow of course.
Finaly put on some edible glitter and Kitty looks good enough to eat!
