What do you need?
a (used) picture frame
a piece presentation board
fabric of your choice
stapler and/or push pins
coloured pieces of felt
beads and pompons
glue
Recycle a discarded picture frame into a unique mood board, to pin up cards, pictures, ideas, sketches, fabrics and other fun stuff. Maybe you also have a picture frame of which the glass is broken lying around somewhere. If not you can find all kinds of coloured picture frames at Ikea for a small price.
How to create a unique mood board
Remove the back of the frame.
Cut presentation board to fit.
Iron a piece of fabric using steam.
Fold the fabric around the board.
Attach the fabric with staples or use push pins.
Replace the back into the picture frame.
Just 15 minutes work and your mood board is ready.
If the board gets boring you can quickly change the fabric.
Make your own push pins with pompoms, felt and beads. Ore dinosaurs ;)
