a tub of non fat cottage cheese
2 oranges, juice only
1 tablespoon honey
sprig of mint
This breakfast is ready in approximately 5 minutes and here is how you make it
Pour a large glass half full with non-fat cottage cheese.
Juice two oranges.
Drip the honey into the glass onto the cottage cheese.
Pour the juice gently over the round side of a tablespoon, so it doesn't mix.
Place a sprig of mint into the glass.
