Frozen Pineapple-Raspberry Pops

are the tastiest!

Shopping list
300g resh pineapple, peeled and cubed
150g fresh or frozen raspberries
2x 60 ml water
2x 2 teaspoons demerara sugar

Also needed
wooden lollipop sticks
molds or small cups

Frozen popsicles made from fresh fruit are the most delicous! Also nice, they are easy to make and kids can help. Put the frozen pineapple raspberry pops in the freezer overnight and the next day they are ready to share. Of course we also make some plain pineapple, duh ;) Tasty and healthy!

How to make your own forzrn pineapple-raspberry pops

Cut the pineapple and let the raspberries thaw a little.
 
 

Place the pineapple pieces and sugar in the food processor.

Add the water as well and tighten the lid on the machine.

Pulse the pineapple pieces but not totally smooth.

Pour the pineapple mixture into the molds.

Fill the molds up to 2/3 of the molds.

Push in sticks, place clothes pegs on the sticks.

This way the sticks stay nicely upright

Place the mold in the freezer, leave for 1-2 hours.

Then place the rasberries with sugar in the food processor.

Add the water and blend the raspberries, but not too smooth.

Sift the pips out of the raspberry mixture and fill the molds.

Cover the popsicle molds put in the freeze, leave for at least 2 hours.

We prefer to let the pineapple raspberry popsicles freeze overnight.

Hold the molds a few seconds under hot tapwater, dan the popsicles come out perfectly
