300g (fresh) pineapple
355 ml pineapple juice
1 ripe banana
180 ml organic yogurt

A smoothie is tasty & healthy and made very quickly. Buy the fruit fresh, clean it and cut it into small pieces, mix a minute and ready! A delicious breakfast, a snack or treat. Now that the first week of school after the summer holidays is over, we make it as a tasty snack surprise for mini monsters. Give biscuits on the side and you see only happy faces! Happy weekend!

How to make a pineapple smoothie

Cut the pineapple into pieces.

Cut the banana into slices.

Put fruit, yogurt and juice in the blender.

Blend it until combined and smooth.
