100ml milk (or yogurt)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey

optional: ice cubes to taste

America and peanut butter are inextricably linked. You will find peanut butter in chocolate, fudge, cookies, cupcakes, milkshakes, hamburgers and on a sandwich combined with jam. Sometimes it tastes good, sometimes not in our opinion but a peanut butter / banana smoothie, that's really tasty!

How to make Peanutbutter / Banana Smoothies

Cut a banana into pieces and place it in the freezer.

Blitz all ingredients in the blender.

Add ice cubes if desired.
