Frozen banana pops

Shopping list
2 ripe bananas
100 grams of natural yogurt
180 grams of chocolate
rainbow sprinkles
Also needed
4 wooden lollipop sticks

Today we make 'ice cream' lollipops for our youngest mini-monsters, healthy, delicious and custom made! One wants a lot of sprinkles, the other really none at all! With milk chocolate or with white, with both is also tasty, but really no dark chocolate. Who cares, we have plenty of time, we're on vacation anyway!

How to make frozen banana lollipops

Peel the bananas.

Cut off the tips.

Cut the bananas in half.

Insert the wooden sticks.

Put the banana lollipops +/- 1 hour in the freezer

Fetch the banana lollipops.

Dip the lollipops in the yogurt.

Put them back in the freezer.

Meanwhile you melt the chocolate au bain marie

Chop the chocolate finely.

Melt it on hot water.

Take it off the heat and stir.

Pour the chocolate into a glass.

Dip the yogurt in the chocolate.

Turn the banana around.

Melt the white chocolate too.

Try to turn the banana neatly round in the chocolate and scatter on sprinkles right away, the chocolate dries almost instantaneously!

Allow the banana pops to set on waxed paper.

The first banana pop has disappeared already!
