How to make blueberry muffins
Mix butter and sugar creamy.
Mix in the eggs.
Fold in the flour.
Add a pinch of nutmeg.
To make vanilla muffins replace the nutmeg by 1 teaspoon vanilla essence in half - the batter.
Place the batter minimal 1h in the fridge.
Fill the baking tray with paper cases.
Fill up to 2/3 with batter.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Stud half the muffins with berries.
Bake the muffins for 10 minutes.
Let them cool in the tin.
