Shopping list for 8 brownies
450g caster sugar
225g butter
5 free range organic eggs
110g plain flour
55g Dutch cocoa
180g Tony's chocolate
2 tablespoons milk
white fondant icing
foodpaint, gold
For Halloween the treats can not be scary enough, the more creepy the better. That's why we make super easy, delicious chocolate chip brownies in the shape of coffins. Add a few ghosts and shudder, Happy Halloween!
How to make edible Coffins
Melt butter & sugar on low heat.
Stir until combined.
Mix in all five eggs at once.
Weigh flour and cocoa together.
Sieve it into the egg mixture.

Cut out the coffins with a cutter or use our template.
Do not discard the leftovers.
Cut the leftover cake in neat pieces.
Melt 100g chocolate au bain marie.
Brush a layer of chocolate on the coffins.
Draw stripes into the wet chocolate,
Cut crosses out of fondant, paint them gold and stick them on.
The coffins are ready, place them on a nice serving platter.
Download and cut out the template, print en cut out. Stick the ghost with tape on a toothpick and press it into a coffin. Decorate the graveyard with fall leaves.
