1 onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
600g turkey strips
3 teaspoons burrito seasoning
3 large tomatoes
1 bell pepper
150g sweet corn
200g grated cheddar & mozzarella
4 large, soft tortilla wraps
olive oil to brush

These burritos are a kids favorite, super tasty filled with turkey and corn. The turkey can also be replaced with chicken, pork or beef. Serve some yogurt to dip on the side.

Chop the onion.

Fry the onion slivers until soft.

Add the seasoned meat.

Fry the meat until brown.

Wash, remove the seeds and chop the pepper.

Add pepper and tomatoes and fry.

Add the corn as well.

Allow the filling to stew gently for 15 minutes while the oven preheats to 200°C

Stir the stuffing for a second.

Spoon stuffing on the tortilla.

Perfect mixed cheese at AH.

Cover the stuffing with cheese.

Fold the burritos and seal with water.

Brush the burritos with some olive oil.

Bake the 6-7 minutes on each side.
