2 bagels
50g cream cheese
100g smoked salmon
½ cucumber, sliced
½ lemon, wedges
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 free range eggs
sea salt & black pepper
Such a delicious luxery bagel goes well with your Sunday breakfast or brunch. But ... you also can save the recipe and serve the bagel at your Easter breakfast of brunch.
How to make a salmon and egg bagel
Halve the bagels.
Toast the bottom halves.
Fry the eggs in the olive oil.
Get the bagels from the toaster.
Spread cream cheese on them.
Place salmon on top.
Cover with cucumber.
Cut circles out of the eggs.
Place on the cucumber.
Put on the second halve bagel.
Serve with sea salt & black pepper, lemon wedges and chives. Yummie!
