How to melt white chocolate
White chocolate melts more difficult than milk or dark chocolate, because it is not actually a chocolate but a cocoa product.
Bring some water to the boil in a small pan with a fireproof dish on top, the water must not touch the dish. Then turn off the heat.
Put the chocolate in the dish and add the cream. When the chocolate is almost melted, stir it quickly together then pour immediately!
Chop the chocolate finely.
Put it with the cream in the dish.
Place sprinkles in the molds.
Almost melted, stir and pour.
Tap the mold firmly on the counter.
Let the chocolate set in the fridge, in 2 - 3 hours.
