70g butter
300g golden caster sugar
125 ml evaporated milk
225g marshmellows
300g milk chocolate, chopped
75g dark chocolate, chopped

These lovely soft chocolate fudge is easy and quick to make, the kids can help eat it but be careful with any other help. Lovely with a cuppa but also nice as a little gift.
Grease the pan and line with waxed paper.
Melt the butter with the sugar and milk on low heat.
Add marshmellows, heat high and boil for 5-6 minutes.
Place the pan on a rack and add the chocolate.
Let the chocolate mixture a minute rest on the rack then stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour the fudge into the tin and tap de top somewhat smooth.
Tap the fudge out of the tin when hard, cut into cubes.
So good!
