Two dear friends Maartje & Casper, who also love to cook emailed us the recipe for the chocolate mousse by Heston Blumenthal (again a who does not know him?- the British celebrity chef). We will happily pass on the recipe at snazzie.
It looks like magic but as everyone knows by now Heston is interested in molecules and other science tricks in cooking. So really true and really utterly delicious: the chocolate mousse by Heston Blumenthal with only 2 ingredients.
How to make Heston's chocolate mousse
Boil the water, pour it over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.
Keep stirring firmly until the chocolate is smooth and lump free.
Place the bowl in a slightly bigger one with water and ice cubes.
After whisking +/- 5 minutes the mousse's structure should be right but if it is somewhat grainy whisk in some milk.
Happy Valentines Day!
