240ml chocolate milk
240g self-raising flour
2 tablespoons fine sugar
1 free-range organic egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted

500 ml whipped cream + 2 tablespoons sugar
100g fresh strawberries, quartered
100g fresh raspberries
100g fresh blueberries
icing sugar
Today is National Pancake Day and that's why we bake extra delicious chocolate pancakes. We also add whipped cream and fresh fruit, so it will become a partY! If you put a plate in the oven, at the lowest temperature, you can put all the pancakes nice and warm on the table. Good luck!
How to make chocolate pancakes with fresh fruit and whipped cream
Place all pancake ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix it all together until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spoon the batter into the pan, swirl and bake the pancake.
Flip when little bubbles appear on the pancake.
Wash and cut the fruit in between.
Stack the pancakes out of the pan onto a warm plate.
Place the plate in a warm oven if necessary
Whip the ceam with the sugar until stiff peaks appear.
Serve the pancakes with whipped cream and fruit.
