On our PDF recipe you will find an original recipe for Rugelach, a real Hanukkah dish. But we didn't have much time this week, so here's our shortened but also very tasty recipe, which we call chocolate rolls to be accurate ;))
Here is how you make quick Chocolate Rolls
Preparation
Chop the hazelnuts.
Chop the chocolate.
Beat the egg.
Roll out the rolls.
Cut off the rolls on the perforation and stick 2 together
How to make the rolls
Place chocolate and hazelnut on the dough.
Roll up the dough.
Now you have 12 small rolls.
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Beat cinnamon and water into the egg.
Brush it on the rolls.
Place baking paper on the tray.
Bake the rolls for 7-10 minutes.
Let the rolls cool a moment but serve them warm.
The Chocolate Rolls taste good with a cup of milk!
Happy Hanukkah!
