Crème Caramel

Shopping list
300 grams of fine sugar
60 ml of water
240 ml whipped cream
60 grams of butter
pinch of sea salt
teaspoon vanilla

You also need
a sterilized, sealable jar

Today we are making a delicious French crème caramel, a basic recipe on snazzie. We need it for our special Father's Day dessert which will be delicious. This dessert makes everybody happy, more later!

How to make French crème caramel

Cut the butter into cubes.

Put sugar and water in a pan.

Bring it to the boil.

Wait for the caramel to colour golden.

Remove the caramel from the heat

Gently stir the butter and cream into the caramel.

Pour the crème caramel into the sterelized, sealable jar.

Allow the crème caramel to cool completely, stir now and then, close the jar and keep it in the fridge
