2 ripe bananas, in slices
250 ml of double cream cream
2 tablespoons of fine sugar

King Louie's banana pudding is very tasty but beware! This blunt monkey king is not so fat for no reason. That's why we make small portions for the mini-monsters and a few bigger ones for the maxi-monsters, although it might better be the other way around ;)
How to make King Louie's Banana Pudding
Add the pudding powder to 50ml of the 500ml milk.
Stir it with a whisk until the mixture is lump free.
Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan.
Remove the milk from the heat and add the pudding.
Stir then put back on the heat and allow it to thicken while stirring.
Pour the pudding into a bowl when it has reached custard thickness.*
Beat the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar until it is stiff.
Sprinkle icing sugar on top of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming then allow it to cool in the fridge.
Slice the mini-muffins and put it in the glasses.
Put the pudding and then banana slices on top.
Top the banana with a little cream and repeat the layers.
End with a rosette of cream with grated chocolate.
Let King Louie's Banana Pudding set in the refrigerator.
Is not this a delicous Jungle pudding?
