100g minced beef
1 small garlic clove, pressed
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 small baguette or baton
simple green salad
So nice if you get a baguette with minced meat and spicy tomato sauce at a picnic, add a little crispy lettuce and it's fab. But if you put the warm meatballs with tomato sauce on the bread and the crispy lettuce on the other half, it quickly becomes a very soggy mess. Such a pity!!
Do you want to bring these delicious sandwiches in a box? Then eat them cold, also really scrumptious! Otherwise have your picnic in the garden, then the box can be left open and you can tuck in right away ;))
