And then, on Saturday January 16, 2021, it snows! First a few small, inconspicuous fluffs and then more and more. Puk is already standing with his nose against the window at the first fluff that swirls down. But as soon as he sees half an inch of snow on the containers, he is in his coat and shoes, ready to go outside. It is quite cold, but that does not matter. There is snow!
The first snowflakes fall on the Skimmia
Dwarf Medlar
Snow Rose
Pine Tree
Bird's house with peanut butter
Can we make a snowball yet?
Winter-Raspberries! ;))
Little Fir?
Forsythia
Fire Thorn
Acacia
Too bad it ended up with a thin layer! Puk had a lot of fun with it anyway, he could throw snowballs at the front of the house where all the cars are parked. But he still had his hopes set on Sunday, probably like many children in Rotterdam.
Maybe it would really snow a lot on saturday night, then we can go sledding on Sunday. That would be so much fun!
But too bad, on Sunday all the snow has disappeared.
