Today we are reading Tiny Little Fly, the wonderful, big, funny new picture book by Michael Rosen. You may already know Michael Rosen from 'We're going on a bear hunt' or from one of his other books because he wrote many!
Kevin Waldron is maybe less known to Dutchies, but he is no less brilliant! See his cool, wonderfully funny illustrations in Tiny Little Fly! The large prints give extra power to the big animals and as a surprise there is also a 4 page fold-out at the end.
The story is brilliantly translated into Dutch by Koos Meinderts, perfectly rhyming, the irony still intact, what a fine book again! Every time we read this story to the mini-monsters we have so much fun. They will rhyme the complete book aloud with you, from the top of their heads. ;))
