Shopping list
125 grams of flour
75 grams butter (room temperature)
75 grams of fine sugar
½ free-range egg (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
icing sugar, for sprinkling
various cheerful colors fondant
white fondant
some water and a brush to stick with

Paaseitjes home

For Easter we bake super easy to make cookies, which are very suitable to make with mini monsters. They never fail! Little ones can help a lot, by cutting out cookie dough and fondant icing. When the biscuits come out of the oven (after a very short time) and have cooled down, they can stick on fondant icing eggs and dots. Such fun!

How to make the Easter egg cookies

First download the detailed recipe and prepare the dough

Get the dough from the fridge.

Roll out the dough.

Cut out the eggs.

Bake the eggs for +/- 10 minutes.

Allow the biscuits cool completely

Cut eggs out of fondant icing.

Brush a drop of water on it.

Stick the icing on the biscuits.

Use various colours.

Roll the white fondant.

Cut out dots.

Stick on dots using water.
