2 Elstar apples
½ banana
handful of walnuts
1 - 1½ tablespoons of honey
cinnamon, to taste
240 ml of almond milk
You can make an autumn apple smoothie in a few minutes, delicious and healthy with almond drink. The banana makes it creamy, the nuts provide some extra filling and the honey sweetens it a bit.
How to make Apple Smoothies
Core and peel the apples.
Peel the banana then cut it into pieces.
Crack the walnuts open then chop finely.
Place the fruit and the nuts in the blender.
Add the honey, cinnamon and almond milk.
Blend unil smooth, pour in glasses then sprinkle with cinnamon.
Delicious with a toadstool biscuit!
