Today we eat a Flemish dish, the almost national lunch dish of Flanders: the Tomato-Shrimp. It's very tasty with a sandwich! The little monsters don't join us, they don't like shrimps. They prefer pancakes and that's not a problem because the Tomato Shrimp is already made, just plating!
How to make a Tomato Shrimp sandwich
Pour the cream into the mixer.
Beat it almost stiff with salt.
Wash and chop the parsley finely.
Put mayo and parsley in a bowl.
Stir until combined.
Add it to the whipped cream.
Fold until combined.
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag.
Don't snip off the point, close the piping bag.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator to set.
Meanwhile stir the dressing * and put it in the fridge.
When it is lunch time you place the salad on a plate
Slice the tomatoes thinley, place on top of the lettuce.
Drizzle dressing over the vegetables.
Slice the bread.
Scatter the shrimps on top of the vegetables.
Pipe on some dots of mayo sauce and put the rest on the side.
Enjoy!
