1 small watermelon
1 liter of coconut water
ice cubes
styling: flamingo pitcher, beakers, placemat, straws, ice cube tray - AH
A delicious drink the snazzie kids love is watermelon lemonade. Healthy with no added sugar but still sweet because of natural fruit sugars. Refreshing on a warm late summer day!
How to make watermelon lemonade
Cut the melon in slices and remove the pips.
Cube the slices and remove more pips.
Put the cubes in the blender and blitz them smooth.
Sift the lemon juice so the remaining pips are removed.
Add the coconut water to the melon juice.
Stir melon juice and coconut water together.
Add a lot of ice cubes.
Put a pretty colored straw in your drink and enjoy it outside in the sunshine. Without the ice cubes you can take a thermos with this lemonade to school as well.
