Because it's almost Chanukah, we're making dreidels out of felt. You can hang the dreidel on a necklace or on a key ring. Just what you prefer! There's also a little monster that hangs the dreidel on his backpack. How fun!
How to make a dreidel out of felt
Print and cut out the pattern
Pin the pattern onto felt.
Cut out the dreidel 2 times.
Cut a little face out of felt.
Check if it fits the dreidel.
First lace the dreidel together.
Leave a gap open to stuff.
Stuff the dreidel and sew it closed.
Stick the face onto the dreidel.
Allow the glue time to dry well.
Pull a thread through the dreidel.
String on some beads, if you like.
Bear is happy with the new necklace!
How to make a key ring with the dreidel
Make another dreidel like the former
Embroider a star and slide the key ring onto the dreidel.
Now you can attach the dreidel to your key or your bag.
