What do you need?
iron on beads in all kinds of colors
basic plug-in boards
a pair of thin tweezers (optional)
baking paper
an iron
a glue gun
a suede lace
a key ring
a hair clip
pliers
We still have a lot of white perler beads so why not make Unicorns and Llamas? We use bright white for the Unicorn and off-white for the Llama. The mini-monsters really like them both, so it is time to choose!
How to make a Llama and / or a Unicorn
First print the pattern. Turn the iron on high heat but turn off the steam and iron gently, with a circular motion!
Press the Llama on the base plate.
Place it on the ironing board.
Put baking paper on top.
Iron the Llama for 20 ticks.
Remove the baking paper gently.
Allow the Llama to cool.
Prick a hole then stick in a little ring.
Stick a faux suede lace through the ring and tie a knot, you have just made a necklace!
With a key ring attached you have made a keychain
But you can also hang your cute Llama on your (make-up) bag.
Stick the pattern on the base board.
Place baking paper on top.
Iron the Unicorn for +/- 20 seconds.
Gently remove the baking paper, let the craft cool and remove the Unicorn from the base plate
We glue 1 on a hair clip.
You can also make a Unicorn necklace or key chain.
