25g icing sugar
2 teaspoons water
coloured sprinkles
5 balls vanilla ice cream
250g fresh strawberries
100g fresh raspberries
250ml semi skimmed milk
optional: double cream
A deliciously fresh milkshake we make more often but such a pretty one is for special occasions, like a Birthday for example. the recipe is for 4 normal size shakes or 2 large ones.
How to make a Unicorn Milkshake
Start by decorating the glasses
Stir all colours of sprinkles until combined.
Stir icing sugar, water and lemon into a glaze.
Strike some glaze on the outer rim of the glasses.
Dip the rims into the coloured sprinkles.
Place the glasses 30 minutes in the fridge to cool, meanwhile make the milkshake
Put the ice cream in the blender.
Add the fruit and the milk then blend.
Beat until you have a smooth drink.
Pour the milkshake into the glasses.
Spoon some whipped cream on top.
Scatter some more sprinkles on top of the milkshakes and stick in the straws. Happy Birthday!
