Weaving an Easter basket is a fun job, in the old days every child learned weaving in kindergarten. We no longer see weaving projects by the mini monsters and we find that very unfortunate. That's why we weave a basket ourselves today, for Easter!
Here is how you weave an Easter basket
Place 5 strips lenghtwise before you, weave 5 strips in.
Fold the ends on all sides upward and down again
Now we weave the sides through the upward ends.
Stick the first strip on, then start weaving.
Weave 3 strips on top of each other.
Cut off the ends and stick them on.
Now you have a neat basket.
Cut off 1 long strip to size to make the handle
Slide the handle with some glue in the weaving, press firmly.
Fill your basket with grass and eggs or put in you bunny!
Happy Easter!
