150g soft goat's cheese
1/2 a shallot
50 ml double cream
pich of salt
pinch of white pepper
20g of parsley
mixed salad leaves
2 baby beetroots, cooked
4 slices of Parma ham
This Goat's cheese salad with beets and Parma ham is also delicious to have on your picnic. It is quickly made, with some nice rolls on the side and then eating it in the sunshine!
How to make Goat's cheese salad with beets and Parma ham
Wash the parsley then cut it finely, chop the shallot fine too.
Put goat's cheese, cream, shallot, salt and pepper in the blender.
Finaly add the parsley to the ingredients then blend all together.
Blend quickly until the cheese mix is soft, light and well combined.
Plate up or box starting with mixed salad.
Place balls of cheese on the lettuce.
Sprinkle on cubes of beetroot.
Finally top the goat's cheese salad with little rolls of Parma ham
Just at home the salad tastes great too!
