We bake biscuits for Halloween! We make haunted houses (extra large cookies) with all kinds of Halloween figures (mini size), which can appear around the house. You can play with the cookies first and then eat them;)) Isn't that funny?
How to make the biscuits
Use 2/3 of the dough to make Haunted Houses, put 1/3 aside
Dust your work space with flour then roll the dough.
Cut out the houses, if you like them even use slats.
Place the biscuits on baking paper on the tray.
Place 30 minutes in the fridge befor you bake them.
Get the remaining 1/3 of dough
Cut out mini Halloween biscuits.
Place the biscuits on baking paper.
Place for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Cut out fondant icing already, for the mini-biscuits
Dust your work space with icing sugar.
Roll the fondant icing then cut out shapes.
Cut out the roof of the haunted house already.
Cut out the coloured front of the house as well.
First you bake the small biscuits
preheat the oven to 170°C and bake the biscuits in 8 - 10 minutes lightbrown
Allow the biscuits to cool.
Stick the icing on the biscuits.
With a tiny drop of water.
Stick fondant icing eyes on the ghosts.
Colour the stems and stick on spinkles eyes.
Bake the haunted houses at 170°C in 12-15 minutes light brown
Slide the biscuits in the middle of the oven.
Remove the biscuits when they colour a light golden brown.
Allow the biscuits to cool thoroughly on a wire rack.
Then stick the icing fondant on the house and let it dry.
Stick door and windows on, decorate the house with Halloween figures.
Place the Halloween biscuits all around the Haunted Houses.
