Shopping list, 4 persons
¼ red cabbage
¼ white cabbage
100g carrot, julienne cut
2 apples
1 shalot
50g walnuts
Dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons salad sauce, light
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

How to make the wintry salad
Grate the red cabbage.
Grate the white cabbage.
Add the julienne cut carrots.
Add the grated apples.
Chop the shallot finely.
Crack the walnuts open.
Stir until combined.
How to make the dressing
Mix all dressing ingedients.
Fold the dressing into the salad.
Serve the salad with thinly sliced roast.
For vegetarians you serve the salad with some sourdough or wholewheat buns on the side.
