Mini Christmas Jumpers to hang in the tree? That's a craft the monsters like, especially after reading Peppa's Christmas Jumper Day! We do too, so we get started right away. We three come up with a different design, pine trees, stars and dots & stripes, in different colours. All three equally fun!
How to make a mini Christmas Jumper
Print the PDF pattern and cut it out
Pin it onto woolen felt.
Cut out the pattern.
Red, white or light blue.
Embroider the front.
Embroider the edges.
Also along the neckline.
Pin the halves precisely together.
Sew them together with needle & thread sewing tiny stitches
You can also make a clothes hanger, to put your Christmas jumper on the tree
We make clothes hangers from paperclips.
Bend the paperclip open like you see in the picture.
Bend the top part of the paperclip upright.
Carefully cut off a little piece of the hook (by an adult)
Place your Christmas Jumper on a little hanger.
Find a nice spot on the tree for your Chrsitmas Jumper.
Wishing you lots of December fun!
