Shopping list
3–4 free-range organic eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 skinless salmon fillets
1 medium onion, finely chopped
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
500g fresh gnocchi
6 spring onions, thinly sliced
10 cocktail gherkins, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
optional:
green vegetables, to serve
So relaxed in the weekend, a mix of everything you already have at home with 1 or 2 extra ingredients from the store. In this case fresh salmon and gnocchi, yes, the Italian potatoes. You can also buy them fresh in a bag at the supermarket. Easy Peasy!
You don't have to prepare much either, you boil an egg and chop some vegetables. And delicious it is, such a Salmon with Gnocchi Hash!
This is how you make the Salmon with Gnocchi Hash
Boil the eggs for 7 minutes and then drain.
Scare the eggs with cold water, drain, peel and set aside for now.
Chop onion and pickle, cut rings spring onion and the dill.
Heat the oil in a skillet and place the salmon fillets in it
Fry the salmon on both sides for 3 minutes.
Season the fish with sea salt and pepper.
Add the chopped onion and fry it glassy.
Fry for 2 minuten and then flake the salmon.
Stir it all together for a minute.
Add the gnocchi to the pan.
Fry the gnocchi with it.
Stir it all together briefly.
Plate up the Salmon Gnocchi Hash.
Add the egg and sprinkle with gherkin, spring onion and dill.
Serve optionally with green beans or another green vegetable, if you like
