2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 to 3 ripe peaches, sliced
150g mixed cherry tomatoes, halved
250g Burrata cheese, drained and patted dry
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
olive oil, for drizzling
balsamic glaze, for drizzling
chopped fresh basil, for garnish

On a hot summer day, this fresh tomato, peach, burrata salad is quickly prepared, ready without cooking and very healthy too. We have a French baguette on the side and eat outside.
How to you make the salad
Peel the peaches and slice them.
Wash and cut the radishes and tomatoes.
Drain the cheese and pat it dry.
Divide the fruit and vegetables over a large serving platter.
Break the burrata into four equal pieces and divide it over the salad
Season the salad with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamico.
To finish sprinkle some basil leaves on top of the summer salad.
