The youngest mini-monsters love to eat freshly cooked corn, sweet with honey. The big monsters prefer their corn barbequed with a garlic/herb butter. Today it's party time for the little ones!
How to make sweet corn on the cob
Remove the ends, leaves and threads from the corncobs.
Bring a large pan with water to the boil.
Add the 30g butter, the sugar and the salt to the water.
Place the corncobs in the boiling water.
Boil the corncobs for 20 minutes.
Allow the corn to cool in the water.
In the mean time melt the 100g butter.
Drain the corncobs on kitchen paper.
Serve them with melted butter and honey on the side.
