Today we read Feest (Party), a fun book that is published by illustrator Caroline Ellerbeck, in cooperation with Rotterdam's Children's Bookstore De kleine kapitein. In the book you meet all the famous architectural wonders, of which there are many in Rotterdam.
You see the Market Hall, the Koopgoot, the Hef (bridge) and the Euromast but also Blijdorp Zoo and the Feyenoord Soccer Stadium. Definitely a fun book for both locals and anyone who has an interest in Rotterdam, the last category is increasing rapidly :)
Too bad for tourists, the book has not been translated into English but maybe it will be later.
