How to make the Frankenstein lolli pops
Melt chocolate and cream au bain marie.
Stir 5 drops green food colouring into the chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate has a nice green colour.
Dip the lollipop sticks into the green chocolate mixture.
Press the sticks into the marshmellows, allow the chocolate to harden.
Dip the marshmellow into the chocolate and tap the exces off.
Press the sticks into some fruit and allow the chocolate to harden.
Dip the top in sprinkles before the chocolate has dried.
Allow the heads to dry completely.
Decorate the heads with eyes and a mouth using the little icing tube.
Stir some red icing and use it to draw a scar on the heads.
Stick the lollipos in a styrofoam wreath, covered in crepe paper.
Place the lollipops on a platter to serve for 'trick or treat'.
Happy spooky Halloween!
