100 - 150g Tony's milk chocolate
75ml milk
75ml double cream
wooden skewers

New Year's Eve, what an exciting day that is for the mini-monsters! They love oliebollen and fireworks, but waiting until midnight is not an option for the youngest. We make fireworks for them ourselves, nothing explosive, but just from fruit. We add a lovely chocolate sauce, first all of us prick together and then dip!

How to make Fireworks Kebabs with fruit and chocolate sauce

Wash, peel and cut the fruit

Cut the bottom of the melon, then it stands stable.

String the fruit on skewers.

Push the skewers into the melon.

Continue until the fruit is gone.

How to make the chocolate sauce

Break the chocolate.

Pour milk and cream in a pan.

Bring it just to the boil.

Turn the heat low.

Put in the chocolate.

Let it melt while stirring.

Pour the chocolate into bowls.

Decorate the malon with 'firework-prickers'.

Chocolate sauce on the side, isn't that pretty and delicious?
