175g cream cheese, room temperature
4 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
12 strawberries, hulled
12 small blueberries
Today we make a small but very tasty and healthy snack, we fill strawberries with cream cheese cream. The recipe comes from Martha Stewart's website, they make it for the 4th of July. This is the time for strawberries, in the summer they are the sweetest and tastiest! Together with the cream cheese it is a terrific combination.
How to make stuffed strawberries
Put the sugar in the blender.
Add the gream cheese to it.
Add the vanilla extract too.
Mix it into a smooth, fluffy cream.
Get a piping bag ready.
Wash and drain the strawberries.
Wash and drain the blueberries.
Cut the tips off of the strawberries.
Remove the crowns.
Cut out small balls.
Use a melon ball scooper.
Pipe the well in the starwberries full with cheese cream.
End in a rosette topped with a blueberry.
