1 pineapple
2 mangos
3 kiwi's
2 bananas
500 gram grapes
2 oranges
1 lime
50 gram honey
For a fruit salad you can obviously use any fruit that is in season. This time we have chosen for a tropical touch, with pineapple, kiwi and mango. Delicious!
How to make a healthy fruit breakfast
Squeeze an orange and put juice and honey in a pan.
Scrub the wax from a lime with hot water and grate the skin.
Add the juice of half a lime and bring it to the boil.
Stir until the honey has dissolved and let the juice boil down.
Remove the grapes from the stem and rinse them.
Peel the kiwis thinly and slice them.
Peel the pineapple and cut it into parts.
Peel the mango and cube it aswell.
Squeeze lime on the banana to prevent discolouring.
Transfer the syrup to cool.
Pour the cold syrup over the fruit.
Cover and place the fruitsalad a night in the fridge to blend the flavours.
A good way to start your day, a fresh fruit breakfast!
