Shopping list for 15 biscuits
65g of unsalted butter
50g of caster sugar 50g
75g of condensed milk
3 teaspoons rose water
110g of self-raising flour, sifted
white chocolate, chopped
50g pomegranate seeds
Mother's Day is coming soon and that is why we are making delicious biscuits with white chocolate chips and pomegranate seeds, especially for mum. You make the biscuits easy and there are fun chores for the mini-monsters, such as picking the seeds from the pomegranate and rolling balls of dough ;) These cookies are delicious with tea and coffee and therefore perfect for all moms!

How to make pomegranate - white chocolate chip biscuits
Preheat the oven to 180°C then line two baking trays with waxed paper.
Mix butter and sugar creamy.
Add the milk and rose water.
Sieve the flour into the bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Chop the chocolate.
Fold it into the dough.
Remove the seeds from the pommegranate.
Fold the pomegranate seeds into the dough.
Roll rough balls out of dough.
Spread them wide apart on the tray.
Bake the biscuits golden in 17-20 minuten.
Allow the biscuits to cool on a wire rack.
We taste the biscuits in the lovely sunshine, but we will probably bake again after tea. Then really for mum!
