1 packet tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ripe avocado
½ red chilli
½ red onion
½ lime
2 tablespoons of coriander
Crispy fresh tortilla chips and spicy guacamole you can make quick and super easy yourself with this simple recipe. Tomorrow we make burritos to complete the meal. Keep the chips in a tin box than they taste still fresh tomorrow.
How to make tortilla chips
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Cut the tortillas into 4 pieces and the pieces in half.
Spread them on baking paper on a baking tray.
Bake the tortilla chips in 6-7 minutes light brown.
Allow the chips to cool and bake a second batch.
How to make guacamole
Chop the onion, chilli, and coriander fine, juice the lime.
Spoon the avocado empty and blitz all in the blender.
Keep the guacamole overnight in the fridge.
