375 g flour
225 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
225 g caster sugar
1 free range egg (room temperature)

How to make Halloween vanilla biscuits

Cut off a piece of marzipan, knead it and roll it thin between waxed paper or cling film. Cut out Halloween shapes from the marzipan, use the same cookie cutters again.
Prick with a toothpick eyes in ghosts and bats, fill the holes with black and yellow marzipan. Cut the pumpkin face out of black marzipan.
With a brush and a drop of water you can stick the marzipan decorations onto the cookies. Rub the edges of the marzipan or fondant icing smooth with your fingers.
