What do you need?
mini-terracotta bplant pot
acrylic paint, white, black, orange
brushes
acrylic paint pens, white and black
piece of cardboard, white and black
pencil
pair of scissors
wiggly eyes
hobby glue
Today we paint mini flower pots as Halloween figures and then we fill them up with yellow and orange smarties. Up to half, because at the bottom we put a wad of kitchen paper. Otherwise the jars will be empty in one go ;)) The mini monsters think they are super cool!
How to make Halloween candy jars
Make a ghost, bat and pumpkin.
Paint the pots in the three colours.
Allow the paint to dry well.
Black covers after two coats, orange and white need three coats of paint, let each coat dry in between!
Paint the inside in the same way.
Give the pots 2 - 3 coats of paint.
Let the coats dry in between.
Draw bat wings and white sleeves.
Cut it all out
Stick on eyes and wings.
Draw faces on the pots.
Allow paint and glue to dry well.
Fill the Halloween jars with paper and smarties.
